[TR] TR4A: drive shaft and axle shaft flanges

Does anyone here know if the drive shaft and axle shaft flanges are different sizes? I need to replace one axle flange. I have a pair of new flanges ( 3-¾” OD), but they are larger in diameter than the axle flanges (3-9/16” OD) and won’t go through the hole in the brake plate.
