[TR] Wanted: GT6 O/D mounting plate

I think all of the overdrive mounts for factory installed ODs are 
available for the Spitfire and GT6.
D and J mounts are available for Spitfires.
D mounts are available for GT6 - which is all that was installed by the 
factory.
