[TR] Dash removal TR 4-6

It is not too hard, keep track of where the various wires and warning
lights go, wires to the voltage stabilizer especially.

Ammeter or volt meter will work, but backwards if you get the wires
reversed.
Don't forget to disconnect the battery.
