[TR] Stabil

I have had issues with red stabil in the past, so I switched to SeaFoam
about 15 years ago, and have not had any issues since.  Just this past
summer I bought a used snow-blower that had been treated with red stabil
and it was a mess.  I ended up having to completely replace all the jets in
the carb to get it running right.
