Great news that Randall Young is alive and recovering from whatever it is he is battling. Nice photo of Randall and Geo.

If Randall's wife can create a new gmail address specifically for sending Randall best wishes for a speedy recovery it might perk him up to read messages from those of us that miss him online and have come to rely on his depth of knowledge in all things Triumph. Hoping to soon see his posts once again.

Thanks for the update.  The news is not too bad for those our age -- sometimes 'getting better' is all we can hope for as the years catch up with us.



For those who have not personally met Randall... I am the old geezer on the left, Randall is the Young man on the right.

We were driving our TRs up to Laughlin that day.



I think the ladies behind us were discussing DOT4 vs DOT5 - we wisely stayed out of it.

I just got a text from Randall Young's phone saying "I'm getting better".  I immediately called and his wife answered.  She wanted me to tell you that Randall is in hospital and is slowly recovering from a very serious non-Covid illness.  He cannot have visitors or use the phone, so he had his wife answer my earlier text asking how he was doing.



I asked if I could share his cell phone number with the list, as so many people would want to wish him well -  but his wife said she would have to ask him first.  I asked her to tell him we are all hoping and praying he will make a full and speedy recovery, as there were a lot of Triumphs needing his help !



Since I posted it, I received another email from his wife: “Please pray for him to be recovered soon.  I believe it will be very helpful for him.”
