[TR] Space-saver or full-size spare?

It fits!

Today I purchased a new cheapie 165/60R15 radial tire. It's in the well now. There's a flange at the rear of the well that I'll need to remove, but once I do so, the new tire ought to go in and out snugly but easily. Total cost: CAD 100 all-in (say USD 75), mounted on my rim.
I would have pursued the space-saver option if necessary. But I've installed disk brakes in the front, and didn't want to risk that a space-saver would not fit without further modifications.
Many thanks to all who contributed their advice; I appreciate all of your help.
