[TR] Free Spitfire Mk III FDU8866L) BMIHT Certificate

Well, the FDU prefix is compatible with the FE engine but an FD prefix would have had an FD engine.  This pretty much confirms that the BMIHT apparently isn't doing the same research through the archives as they were previously doing.
