[TR] Experience with Vitesse 5-speed transmission conversion?

I see that Moss now carries an a 5-speed transmission conversion that appears to use Miata internals in a custom case and bell housing. It isn’t cheap, but as an apparent drop in replacement I think the installed cost may be about the same as the Toyota-based HVDA kit.

Does anyone on the list have first hand experience with this particular conversion?
