[TR] TR4 Investigating replacing the Armstrong lever shocks with telescopic rear shock conversions

I also use socket head cap screws in place of the original shock mounting
bolts.  Much easier to get really tight.  I also prefer Stover nuts rather
than Nylocs for that application.
