[TR] Body and EB number plates

Years ago TRF used to offer to make these two plates, catalogue numbers
CNP38 & CNP39, but these show to be no longer available.  I know they were
made for TRF by someone that was on this list, but I do not recall who and
cannot find my receipt for the plate he made for me.  Now, I have a FB
friend that is looking for someone to make a plate for him, is anyone able
to do these now?
