[TR] Pipers

A few weeks ago, there was discussion about taking a TR event where
phenomenal bagpipe playing (piping-but if I used that word first, you would
assume fuel or brake lines) was offered. While searching for another photo,
I came across this one that features said piper. Rock on Mr. Massey.
