[TR] Mark I Federal charcoal cannisters

I don't know.?? My car had no charcoal canister at all.?? I do see a place 
on the right shock tower where the bracket should attach. I picked up 
all the parts from Michael Coffey and he thought there were 2 canisters 
also.
