[TR] Swapping ignition lock barrel to new switch

I can't speak to Triumphs generally, but I seem to recall doing this a
long time ago to a Spitfire.  It might be that the hole is not opened
up; you have to know where to punch it to remove the thin layer of
metal and then be able to access the springy retainer.
