[TR] TR3 Price Valuations

Another idle moment wondering, has the average price of TR3's--either restoration shape or completely restored already--gone up in recent years?  Maybe it's just because it's winter, but I'm not seeing the quantity of TR3's for sale that ISTR from even a year ago.
