[TR] TR3 suspension

I use solvent in my 5 gallon parts washer at home. I get it at Tractor Supply in 5 gallon containers:

I keep the container and when the solvent gets too dirty, I drain it into the container and make an appointment with my city's hazardous waste disposal where they take it for free. I use them for my old brake fluid and antifreeze as well. Oil goes to the local AutoZone or Napa.

moment of idle curiosity here.  am taking parts to the machine shop and wondering what exactly is the bath they clean greasey parts.

is it a solvent and if so, how do they disposeof so much of it
