Most shops use a service company called Safety Kleen for their solvent washers. They provide a wash tub and pump that sits on top of a barrel of solvent. Periodically they come around and swap out the barrel of solvent. They then recycle or dispose of the old solvent in an ecologically safe way (or so they say...)
