[TR] Is this a problem?

I pulled the axle out of the '3 thinking there was an seal leak.  Well after cleaning out the grease and everything the seal looks fine.  In fact, but going to replace them anyways BUT when I took off the brake line and cleaned it up I found the brake connector with a crack in it.  So my question is, would this leak?  Would this be done from over-tighten?  If it wouldn't should I replace this anyways?  Or still serviceable?
