[TR] seat webbing

I'm trying to rebuild my Stag seats.

Im looking for webbing. Pirelli rubber webbing seems to come up on google
searches.

Im wondering how to attach my hooks to it. The old rubber webbing seemed to
has small metals plates glued on with two holes for the hook.

I can burn off the rubber and clean up the plates, what glue can I use?
Will a good contact glue work? It seems that this stuff can stretch up to
10%
