[TR] TR- Tr3 Valve cover

I have a TCF TR3B.

Mine does not have its original motor, but if it did wouldn't have been a TR4 valve cover with the oil filler toward the cockpit instead of toward the front like the other TR3 types.
My point is that there would be two types.

Subject: Re: [TR] TR- Tr3 Valve cover

Other than the gloss black covers on the early TR2s, all 3s up to and including the 3Bs were originally with the chromed valve covers. Appearance of the covers were identical. Any other variety were aftermarket or dealer installed.

List , With reference to the Tr-3 ; other then the chrome valve cover which were original from the factory were there any other original Triumph valve covers such as the valve cover with the lettering Triumph and the Triumph globe on the top original or not. Trying to get to the bottom of this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Larry Schwartz
