[TR] Sufficient air filter space?

Hi, Paul. In terms of paper vs. steel mesh, I've done three options. One, I used the steel mesh original filters, but alone they don't capture enough dirt. I impregnated them with oil but living on a three hundred yard dirt/dust driveway, I just couldn't have confidence the dust was being completely filtered. Second, I added the foam surrounds for the steel mesh filters as some on the List have advised, but frankly they don't seem to have the porosity rating to capture smaller dust particles in the dusty environment I live in. I wound up going with the bolt on paper filters. That would be these:

80 950-740 https://mossmotors.com/air-filter-classic-gold?assoc=49376 AIR FILTER, “Classic Gold” brand TR4A SU AUD209 $10.69

The rep I talked to was very helpful and he told me which model I needed, and they fit perfectly and was the best price I could find online too.
