This is my TR3 but the approach will be similar for the TR4. The trick with the upper attachment for the wheel arch is to avoid any trim or hood mechanism that needs to occupy the same space.

Subject: [6pack] 3-point seat belts (TR4, TR250)

Some time ago I bought a 3-point seatbelt kit from TRF (part TRFSB303/1000). I was going to use them in a TR250, but in the meantime I have completed the restoration of a TR4 and would like to use them in this car.

The kit has a "stalk" which presumably attaches to the gearbox tunnel. It also has a floor fitting which I imagine goes somewhere around the bottom of the B-post. The pieces which I am having difficulty with are the recoil part and the shoulder attachment.

Has anyone on the list fitted such a seat-belt and if so, can you share pics of how and where you attached the various anchors? Thanks !
