Thanks Andrew for sharing. 

We all want to steer clear of dishonest sellers, but specifics are important. There could be many honest sellers in the Cleveland area so a broad brush description condemns unintended innocents.

I thought the story was out on eBay and their false promises. They screwed me twice already for the sake of the all mighty dollar.

If possible it’s best to use an escrow company, when buying a car sight unseen, that holds the money until both parties are happy. But maybe that’s not possible on eBay.
