[TR] Scrap those engine parts?

Check in your local area for any clubs and LBC shops. I sent emails to locals and was able to sell nearly all of my MG parts. If you're going to trash anyway, you could even donate to a club. Craigslist may work but most of our parts have limited interest.

Well if you lived in Texas I'd say DONT DO IT as I certainly would be interested! Ebay for big parts I think is hit and miss just because of the shipping issue. But rebuildable heads/blocks/cranks are surely not scap feed. Craigslist local ad might work if you can guard against all the scammers.

I looked to see what TR6 crankshafts sold for on ebay - none are listed.
After looking at what has actually sold I have come to the conclusion that I should just scrap the head, block and crank. The cam MIGHT sell.
Is this consistent with other's observation?
Thanks
