Subject: [TR] Wiper Motor Brush assembly
Hey all;
The wiper motor on my TR3A looked quite sad. I removed it and
proceeded to remover 60 years of crud, outside and in.
In the process of cleaning the parts, I have misplaced the tiny
spring and the two tiny "ears" that hold spring to the two brush
"arms" that rest against the armature. [Moss P/N 554-030]
Unfortunately, these parts are now NLA from any source I know of.
See item number 2 from the Moss illustration, below.
Seems crazy to buy a replacement/salvage motor just to replace
a missing spring and retaining 'ears.' Ideas?
Thanks for any help!!
