[TR] Stag fuel pump installation

A side note on Stag fuel pumps.

The Facet-brand solid-state pumps are very popular and work well. If you
do put one in, don't put it in the stock location. They need to be mounted
as low as possible, or they can lose prime (especially at altitude). I
believe that is the reason for the problems that uncle jack had with Facet
pumps. I have uncle jack's pump relocated to the front of the bottom of
the fuel tank enclosure, to the left of the fuel tank where the spare tire
can't hit it.
