[TR] Stubborn Oil filter

I have very successfully used the big “sockets“ available at your FLAPS.   

OR, in last desperation I have ran a screwdriver all the way through, of course at that point you are committed  to not driving till you change the filter. 

OR, take to a local oil change place and let them deal with it.

Into the final stretch now, the ‘3 has a spin on filter adaptor and well after 12years seems the filter is not liking to budge.  And it is tight quarters to get a handle on.  Any suggestions to getting this sucker off??? I have a filter “claw” wrench but I can seem to get a good grip….
