[TR] Re torque TR4A head, hot or cold ?

I've thought that 10 and 10 are optimal for intake and exhaust.  Run them with no issues.  Andrew is right, I think, that torques should be done cold, though ISTR that Randall once said that it's not all that critical which.  Randall?
