The big block Chevy uses the same size blanking plate.  You can get it at you FLAPS. They may even have chrome options.

Some time ago someone out there (was it Frank Fisher?) had made blanking plates for the TR3 fuel pump.
 
I am converting a car to electric fuel pump and need such a plate.  Whoever it is, can they contact me off-list?  Thanks!
