[TR] [EXTERNAL] - Re: Radiator overflow bottle

The semantic difference I've always followed is that a closed cooling
system has a pressurized expansion bottle and an open system has an
atmospheric overflow bottle.  The TR2-3B cooling system is, of course, an
open system.  I wouldn't attempt trying to convert a sidescreen TR into a
pressurized bottle system.
