[TR] tr-3 flasher for led upgrade

I've added led's to tailights in my tr-3.  Everything went fine.  But looking at the new flasher it has leads for 2 wires instead of 3 as the old one has.
wires hooked to old one is dark green, light green and green with stripe of brown.  Which do I leave off or what do I do with the extra wire?
