[TR] Flywheel Bolts

Searching for the correct length of the TR3 flywheel attachment bolts.
Grade 8, 3/8" UNF, I am thinking 1" but don't want to make a big mistake.
TR book calls the part number 102065, but no description.   In stead of the
tabs I am thing that I will use a split ring washer and safety wire.
