[TR] shipping parts from the UK

Back in September, I placed orders from TRF and Rimmer on the same
day.  Rimmer's box arrived in three days, TRF took four.

Who knows what gores on when you drop a package in the slot?  It all
depends on the mood of the pixies, I guess.
