All of those do indeed suck but the task that I am still struggling with two years after the resto was finished is perfecting the installation of the bonnet to get it gapped left, right, front, rear without either edge hitting a wing or the rear hitting the scuttle/vent or the front hitting the apron.

  a.. Installing a transmission tunnel 
  b.. Installing the air vent  (the lid in front of the windscreen) 
  c.. Fitting aftermarket stone guards
 

What else?
