[TR] Looking for suggestions on tools to use to top off Triumph transmissions

The Le Mans TR3S and TRS cars did this into the 1960s, long after it had
stopped in production.

We almost did the dipstick top cover mod when we upgraded my TR3B to OD.
Can’t remember now why we didn’t....
