Depends on the angle between the crowfoot wrench and the torque wrench. 
 
 If you have it sticking out straight, then multiply the torque figure you want by the ratio of the torque wrench length divided by the new length. Both lengths measured from center of rotation to the center of the hand grip. 
 
 The formula for other angles is more complicated.
