[TR] TR3 Backfire

This is the first I've seen of this message which claims to have been
sent seven days ago...and I haven't seen any replies.  So, just in
case the Intertubes are doing their thing, I'd take a moment to verify
that TDC is, in fact, TDC on the cylinder of interest.  Then use that
as a starting point for rough-setting the distributor.
