These are used on boats, so boating supply places may carry them.      You can check this out:

They sell the fasteners and the tools to install them.
    
I have some, but I'm not sure how many and won't be able to check      until later today.

I am finishing a small-mouth TR3 and cannot          source the long lift-a-dot pegs which screw into  the wood on           the front capping and the doors.  If anyone has enough new          pegs  for a car (16), please let me know – thanks !
