[TR] TR4A fuel tank

I am watching this with interest as I may also be looking for a fuel tank but for a TR6.How similar are they? I do recall a few years back that someone had a welding shop make a tank and the results were such that they cranked out several -happy customers and they made some cash but I don't know if it was enough for them to continue to offer the product. Hello All,
My original TR4A fuel tank has been recoated twice at a local shop.  A different product was used the second time.  Same problem.  Small particles flake off and clog the aftermarket filter, which is before the pump.  I’m finished with this tank and am going to replace.  I see a couple different tanks from the usual suppliers.  One is a single tank for several models, which makes me wonder about fit.  Would appreciate comments from anyone with experience with aftermarket tanks.
