[TR] TR3- frt. brake splash shields

I am in the midst of a ground up resto on my TR3 and was advised to omit
the dust shields as they tend to collect things other than just dust,
holding on to all sorts of road stuff, too. It also made rebuilding the
front suspension much easier...
