A full cover works best with the top up, otherwise it will catch rain.   Maybe just pull the hood sticks into place?

Well, I'm bummed. It arrived from carcovers.com but the instructions say, for a convertible, to put the top on and wind up (?) the windows.  The whole point of me getting this cover was to push the old girl (TR3a) out the garage, without putting the top on, when I need some room for woodworking.
Thinking of returning it but thought I'd ask around first ........would this cover stop my carpets getting soaked if we had rain?
