[TR] copper washers for gearbox counter shaft and gearbox front cover

I'm assuming it is good practice to change the copper washers which go on
the bolts for the gearbox counter shaft.

TRF has 1 for about $1.
Harbor Freight has a box set for about $5.

I also need some copper washers for the gearbox front cover.

Has anyone used the copper washers from HF or should I stay way?
