Summit racing I think sells both front and rear.  Their set is about $500 I
think.  

TRF makes one.  Its probably back ordered . . . 

There is one on Amazon.

It's been awhile, but Richard Good (of Goodparts) offered to bend a custom
bar for me some years back, in my choice of diameter.  At the time, I was
looking for something bigger than the ADDCO bar I had (bought through JC
Whitney). Unfortunately I never followed through on that.
