[TR] Chassis Paint

I used POR-15 on my frame back in 2004. Remains perfectly intact. Oddly, it seems to work better if one simply wire brushes the surface since it's meant to stick to rust. Maybe sandblasting is doing too good a job?

Then I poured used motor oil inside, flipped the frame every which way to coat the interior, and seem to have had success stopping any malignant corrosion in there. All that said, the frame, as someone else noted, was amazingly strong, despite floors and lower panels being rotted out.

New Hampshire ... where it's going in for inspection on Tuesday, and on the road shortly after!

By the way, anyone recommend a "best" extreme cold-weather headgear for top down driving below 40 degrees?

The following car, I just had the chassis thoroughly sandblasted and used black tractor paint from Tractor Supply, looked great but have no experience on the lasting ability, will use it again next time.
