The parts of mangled one of the little tabs was rusted and just barely holding on

Can you salvage the carrier? The bearings themselves are ¼” standard bearings available from McMaster-Carr and others in various grades. The balls just pop into the carrier.

I need one steering box bearing - standard part number 60371. Doing rebuild and one of mine is not usable. N/A at the usual suppliers including Moss, trf, rimmer, and revington.  

Any body have a spare? Or source?
