[TR] Knocking noise

The gearbox is out and the knocking noise was a toothless 2nd mainshaft,
damaged 2nd layshaft and damaged third mainshaft.
Apparently third cracked, starting at the oil hole at its base, let go of a
few bits that killed second. 
I'm having a look at another spare box to see if it's got useable parts.
I see that TR5 and TR6 boxes are the same as a TR4.
