[TR] Roger Williams .pdf?

Greetings all!

Has anyone downloaded a .pdf copy of "How to Improve Triumph
TR2-TR4A" by Roger Williams.?

I'd be happy to share in the cost of the download if someone
has it available to send to me. Veloce, the publisher says the
book is out of print (it only came out in 2003).
