[TR] Removing stuck wire wheel

I have a Stag with wire wheels. I am able to remove the octagonal nut. The
wheel can slide off the splines about 1/8" to 1/4" of an inch and that's
about it. It is rocking but I physically can't move it beyond that. I'm not
very strong which doesn't help.

I have tried the following:

Loosened the nut slightly and driven the car back and forth about 6 inches.

I tried getting a 2 foot crow bar behind it, but it still wont come off.
Any recommendations would be nice.
