[TR] Pertronix, TR6

I thought my pertronix was intermittent in my TR4. Turns out it was the rivet that attaches the ground strap to the breaker plate.   I attached the strap directly to the post that mounts the Pertronix to the breaker plate.  Never a miss thereafter. I recall that I needed to enlarge the hole in the strap tab to fit the post.
