[TR] heater valve on block tr-3

For years I've read here about the TR3 heaters being deficient. Up until
last year, I really couldn't tell, as I had never finished my side
curtains. However, last year I did finish them, and used them in
freezing weather. I learned why you need to have the sliding windows.
My heater (original) performs wonderfully.
