After I posted the little question I went out and found it.  The monster list was one of the first things I ever saw on the Internet that rreallyou showed me the potential for sharing info about the hobby, as I recall back in the day the list was mostly names, addresses, and phone numbers.  Very few websites or phone numbers, digital technology for a still very analog world.
